rooms are clean and hotel s within Fardan Centre shopping mall itself but not many shops. However, not very pleased with customer service as they charged me for a full night rate when I checked in at 4.30 am. Many hotels normally will only charge their guest and half room rate when they arrived at that time of the day.

I have stayed in the Hotel during as groups and enjoyed from the time I've entered the suite: 1. Reciption staff were very kind 2. Room was very clean and well prepare 3. TV have various Channels to watch Areas of Improvment are: 1. Car Parking slightly far from the Hotel, however we managed to get support from the Hotel 2. Fitness Center can be improved, with new high tech machines

TV have various Channels to watch Areas of Improvment are: 1. Car Parking slightly far from the Hotel, however we managed to get support from the Hotel 2. hotel is located near the Buheira Corniche and the Qanat Al-Qasba.. also not too far from the Blue Souk and the Heritage area. The room i had was also spacious with kitchenette facility available. very convenient for leisure travellers. however, since this hotel is quite new, there are things that could be improved e.g. room service (i ordered food and drink and they arrived separately) and housekeeping (cups in the room need to be washed properly). the reception staff during check out could also be more friendly. other than that, i enjoyed my stay there and some of the staff were really helpful.

I stayed in 3 bed room suite , the rooms was very clean , small in size, there is aproblem with towels,smile was not good and too many times used,reception guy was not friendley,valet guy was perfect and also the lagguge guy,i face aproblem in resturant on thursday nighat when you have sea food dinner, i came around 0930 pm , no Labstor no Shrimps only fish was avalible ,so i left the resturant without having dinner,all the best
